Madison Vegan Test Kitchen is a small group of individuals in the Madison area who have an interest in plant-based cooking. Every month or two, we gather for an informal potluck where we share meals and recipes. VTK currently takes place at the home of one of our members in northern Fitchburg. Our goal is to make plant-based eating easier by sharing our knowledge, as well as to chit chat and enjoy each other's company.

Although vegan is in the name, not all of us are vegan personally, nor do all of us bring a meal to every gathering. All food we do bring is vegan.
